Stacey David’s GearZ Features AIRAID MXP Air Intake System
- Jun 24, 2016
One of the premiere automotive customization shows currently on TV, is Stacey David's GearZ. Airing on Velocity Channel, MAVTV, and REV'N TV, GearZ is a show for anyone from mild enthusiasts to full blown gear heads. One segment of the show, Parts Bin, is dedicated to showcasing the latest and greatest parts from around the auto industry. Recently, Stacey and crew got a glimpse into the AIRAID R&D facility in Phoenix, Arizona, and learned all about AIRAID and the products that we manufacture.
Starting on Saturday June 25th at 8:00 am, GearZ will air a special feature on AIRAID. The segment will feature the AIRAID MXP air intake system. "Racing has always been one of the best ways to test and develop parts for high performance vehicles," revealed Stacey. "So when AIRAID started developing their ultimate cold air induction system, it was only natural that they head for the race track." Using recent track footage, behind the scenes footage of the R&D process, and an in depth look at the AIRAID MXP air intake system, the GearZ crew shows exactly what sets AIRAID apart from the competition. The MXP system represents the ultimate in cold air induction systems. Designed and engineered to address the limitations of the stock intake system, the MXP starts with a one-piece, roto-molded air box connected to a computer modeled, HDPE air tube. Inside the air box is an oversized AIRAID filter that is available in either oiled or non-oiled form. These systems are designed and engineered to increase horsepower without the need of a calibration or any other vehicle modifications. The episode, which is the 10th episode of the 10th season of GearZ, will first air on Velocity channel June 25th, and will later air on MAVTV and REV'N TV at later dates. The full schedule of premiere dates and re-airs is below, so if you miss the first one, you can be sure to check out one of the re-airs. And as Stacey David says in the segment, "if you're ready to open up your engine and really let it breathe, AIRAID has an MXP air intake system waiting for you." So head on over to the AIRAID search by vehicle tool to find the system for your vehicle. Once you find the right kit for you, head over to the dealer search tool to find your local AIRAID dealer today. Velocity Channel MAVTV REV'N TV |
