Off-Road racers and recreational enthusiasts have used helmet air systems such as the Parker Pumper, for many years. These systems keep the driver and passengers from eating dust during extended rides and rely on an air filter to keep the air pumped into the helmets clean. AIRAID offers washable and reusable air filters for most common helmet air systems.
884-101 Helmet Air Systems Bolt-Down Air Filter
AIRAID helmet air system filters eliminate the hassle of tracking down replacement filters and are more cost-effective than buying paper filters after every race or weekend at the dunes. AIRAID air filters are constructed of premium SynthaMax filtration media. This non-oiled media provides filtration and acts as an effective barrier from dust and silt. The filter casings are constructed out of polyurethane which are guaranteed not to warp or crack over time while maintaining a positive seal surface. With proper care, these filters will last for the life of the air system.
AIRAID helmet air system filters are available in the two most popular air system styles with a choice of three different heights: traditional clamp-on in 3”, 4”, and 5” heights and bolt-down in 3.5”, 4.5”, and 5.5” heights. The extra size increases the surface area of the filter and enables it to go longer between cleanings without reducing airflow, which is an important feature for long races like the Baja 1000.

The AIRAID 800-029 Wildcat 1000 drop-in filter is a direct replacement for the factory paper air filter and installs right in the factory air box. The AIRAID air filter is constructed with a durable urethane casing that will not warp or crack over time and utilizes the company’s SynthaFlow oiled filter media. This filter material includes four layers of cotton gauze plus a synthetic layer for superior filtration even in the dirtiest off-road environments imaginable. The filter housing also features an end cap with an inverted cone, which increases the filter’s surface area while further promoting airflow.

The AIRAID JK air filter targets a restrictive portion of the factory intake system: the paper filter element. This AIRAID Jeep Wrangler JK air filter features a unique inverted cone construction that frees up airflow to the engine and also extends service intervals. The filter is available with either traditional oiled media or SynthaMax dry material both of which are washable and reusable. 860-423 and 860-425 feature oiled media while 861-423 and 861-425 feature dry material.
The 860-423 and 861-423 air filters are drop-in replacements for 2007-2011 models. The 860-425 and 861-425 air filters for 2012 and newer JKs will require minor modifications to the intake box for installation. Instructions that detail the necessary modifications and hardware are included.

AIRAID has designed a U-Build-It custom air intake component for 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971 and 1972 GM A-Body applications that is available for either driver side or passenger side installation depending on the model. It is to be used in conjunction with various U-Build-It components (sold separately). This component features a cold air dam design which is designed to isolate engine heat away from the filter and a Filter Adapter that allows for thousands of U-Build-It variations depending on your application.

Looking for performance modifications for a 2010-2015 Mustang or Camaro? AIRAID has modular air intake tubes for 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaros with 3.6 liter and 6.2 liter engines as well as 2011-2014 Ford Mustangs with 3.7 liter and 5.0 liter engines.
AIRAID modular air intake tubes (MIT) optimize airflow to the engine by replacing the factory air intake tube. Factory tubes often have accordion-shaped walls, sound-canceling baffles, and undersized tube diameters, all of which hurt airflow. AIRAID MIT kits help straighten and improve airflow to the engine while optimizing the location of the mass air sensor. The design provides better throttle response and additional horsepower.
Modular air intake tubes are constructed of cross-linked high-density polyethylene for strength and resistance to heat transfer. MIT tubes are direct replacements for factory air intake tubes and accommodate all of the factory sensors and fittings that attach to the factory tube. MIT tubes are custom made to connect the factory throttle body to the air intake box. All necessary couplers and clamps are included.
